How it Works
Step One : Place Your Order
After you place your order with the retailer and it’s ready for pickup, use our website to schedule your delivery and/or installation. We will send you a service agreement and an authorization form that allows us to pick up your order from the store and bring it to you. This authorization form will also include a 6-digit code, assigned by you, that will assure the retailer the right people are picking up your order.
Step Two: We Pick Up
We will pick up your order from the store or warehouse the day before you are scheduled for delivery. This allows us to inspect the product for damage the day before, eliminating the scenario where your time is wasted with an unsuccessful delivery for any reason. We value your time, and our process makes sure that your delivery is on time and damage free. You will receive a report by email when we arrive at the store detailing any issues we discover when we are inspecting your product. For example, there might be a small scratch on the side of your appliance. You will either have the retailer order a new one or proceed with delivery. Retailers are often willing to discount your product for small defects that might get covered by cabinets or hidden otherwise. We will help you negotiate a discount or connect you with the store in real time so you can negotiate a discount for yourself.
Step Three: Delivery
Be ready for a prompt and stress-free delivery on your delivery day. We offer two choices for your delivery window: 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm. The night before your delivery, we will confirm your delivery window for the next day. We will also give you a 30-minute pre-call on your delivery day to let you know we are close.
